Social comparison achievement motivation and self-adolescent boys high school cultural families and staff Copper Company Shahrbabak
Abstract
This study aimed at comparing the efficacy and achievement motivation in adolescent's high school social-cultural families and Shahrbabak copper company. In this article, 480 students make up the sample of the study. Social achievement motivation questionnaires were distributed. Results were obtained by using SPSS and independent T test statistics in analysis. Results indicate that there are significant differences between children of the cultural and social achievement motivation and self-efficacy copper and companies. There is social self-cultural motivation of children of families participated in students’ copper. From the dimensions of social self-efficacy two dimensions produced help reciprocally, and then social situations performance differed between the two groups.
