The study of relationship between the cognitive, relational, and social capital and intellectual capital of organization (A case study of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences)

Abstract

 This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the cognitive, social and relational capital and intellectual capital of Mazandaran University of medical sciences. The statistical population of study consisted of all employees of the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences working in 2013. Using Morgan table, the sample size of this study was determined to be 108 subjects by stratified random sampling based on gender. This research is a descriptive and correlational study.  The questionnaire developed by the researcher was used to collect data. To test hypotheses of study and to analyze data obtained by questionnaire, SPSS software and inferential statistics were used. The results of investigation showed that there was a relationship between relational social, cognitive and intellectual capital of the employees.
