Analyzing the relationship between human resource management practices and performance of Sepahan equipment manufacturing company
Abstract
The current research was done with the aim of determining the contribution of each HR management practices in performance of Sepahan equipment manufacturing company. The statistical population of the research included the entire staff of Sepahan equipment manufacturing company in 2013 who were 235 people. According to Krejie and Morgan table, 146 people were selected using random sampling method as the sample. To collect data, human resources practices questionnaire and performance of company questionnaire were used. After verifying face validity of the questionnaires by experts, the reliability of the questions were examined using Cronbach's α. The Cronbach's α copefficients of the first and the second questionnaires were calculated .87 and .83, respectively. The data were analyzed using t-test, one-way variance, ANOVA and Pearson correlation tests. The significance level of .05 was considered. The results showed that staffing, training human resources, services compensation and flexible agendas were significantly, positively related to performance of company. According to demographic characteristics, there was a significant difference in HR practices in terms of marital status and age.
