The Investigation of the Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Intelligence among Faculties and Staffs of Babol University of Medical Sciences in 2015

Abstract

The aim of the present research is to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational intelligence among faculties and staffs of Babol University of Medical Sciences in 2015. This research is practical in terms of goal and it is descriptive-analytical and also it is in a form of survey in terms of method. The statistical society is 713 individuals and it is all the faculties and staffs of Babol University of Medical Sciences in 2015. The research is done according to the collected data from 254 individuals of the mentioned society and the sampling method is a simple random method and the number of sample group is selected by Chocran formula. In order to investigate the hypotheses, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation test and Friedman test are used. The findings of one-sample t-test showed that according to the average values, standard deviation, the amount of t statistics and the amount of probability, the null hypothesis regarding all the research variables such as intellectual capital management, organizational intelligence and its components is rejected, so, the situation of the mentioned variables is desirable. The findings of the main and particular hypotheses showed that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between intellectual capital management, organizational intelligence and its components from the viewpoint of faculties and staffs of Babol University of Medical Sciences. Therefore, the main hypothesis and the particular hypotheses (1 to 7) of the research are confirmed.
