Determining Priorities of Performance Management in Health Insurance Organization Using Balanced Score Card (BSC) (Case Study in North Khorasan province)
Abstract
The aim of this study is to explain four main features of performance of health insurance organization evaluation using combined method of BSC and weighting four main criteria based on AHP in two quantitative and qualitative dimensions. This design is decision-making approach using BSC indices with multi-criteria approach to evaluate organizational performance. Method used in the study is documentary and analytical studies, and tool of study for data collection is consulting with experts of Northern Khorasan health insurance department. The results not only determine the priority of organizational goals, but also they are used in applied way for organizational ranking.
